Rage against a dying thought
A fist thrown through fog
Fingers unfurling to reach and claw
Stuck again wondering at nothing
If only I could quiet my mind
I’d get so much more thinking done

NEW WORK
Sarah newest series, 'SPECTRUM,' explores the mind and its battles against disorders.
We're all alone in how we feel with our minds.
Art is how we tell each other, 'It's okay. We can be alone together.'

Who Am I
ARTIST, WRITER, MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE
Sarah Miller is a Virginia-based artist
who explores existential ideas through dark surrealism, poetry, and characters. Her work navigates the realm between art and psychology, seeking to paint the mind and further understand our
relationship with disorder and neurodiversity, encouraging more conversation about
mental health and self-love.
